Turtle Island

Turtle Island Tour is an exciting tour to visit a small island with turtle conservation located in Tanjung Benoa, south part of Bali. It is an optional experience to visit the scarce animal like turtle in the beautiful island surrounded by the white sand and overlooking to the magnificent view of beach and mangrove forest. Turtle Island is a small delta fully covered by white sand that is ideally for turtle conservation.


The tour is designed very attractive by crossing the beautiful beach of Tanjung Benoa Glass Bottom Boat. The tour will stop over in one of the fish spot point where we can see the beautiful colorful fish throughout the glass bottom boat and all the experiences are accompanied by professional guide and boat driver. Turtle Island Tour is started from the beach where Marine Sport Activities are conducted. We will drive the Glass Bottom Boat to cross the sea along the beach and stop over at the fish spot point to see the beautiful fish. The tour is continued to visit the island with white sandy beach as the place for turtle observation.
Some of the animals like snake, bird, bath and others are also presented in this island to complete your experience. You will be drop back to the Marine Sport Center to terminate the tour.

Balinese Birthday or Otonan of Chandra

Balinese Birthday 19th Agust 2008 (Dewa Marco's Daughter) Otonan is quite different from common birthday party. It is held twice a year because its celebration is based on wuku. Wuku itself is based on Balinese Pawukon system in which each cycle consists of 30 wuku. Each Wuku lasts for a week; so a cycle comprises of 210 days. The wuku is a bit similar of zodiac; each name reflects characters of someone who was born on that wuku. What wuku and day a Balinese was born; on that same wuku and day the otonan is held. This birthday celebration needs not a fancy dress because Balinese use only simple traditional dress on that celebration . Balinese believe that they were born with four guardian brothers or sisters (kanda pat). When otonan is held, the four siblings are called to gather around the child and protect her/him. The Sidemen Village & Valley

Sidemen village located at the Karangasem Regency, east part of Bali , in the Sidemen valley is an idyllic place poised 1,400 feet up, on the slopes of Mount Agung , the highest mountain in Bali .
